Who we're looking for
A short, honest filter. If three of these are true, we should talk.
- You work with at least thirty senior GCC candidates a year — executive coaching, career transition, or paid 1:1 strategy.
- Your LinkedIn headline says coach, advisor, or transition specialist — and your activity in the last ninety days shows it.
- You have at least one paying client in the last quarter. We are not a fit for coaches still building their first cohort.
- You're comfortable telling candidates "this isn't a substitute for coaching — it's a different tool." Honest framing is the only framing that works long-term.
How we're not
The boundaries are the product. Read these before signing — they matter to your reputation as much as ours.
- We don't auto-apply. The bot drafts; the candidate submits. Nothing is sent on anyone's behalf, ever.
- We don't see, store, or share your client list. We never know who is yours. The attribution cookie carries only your slug.
- We don't message your candidates' networks. Telegram-only, private chat. No LinkedIn posts, no connection requests, no emails to their contacts.
- We don't replace you. Coaching is judgement, narrative, network. The bot is throughput. If a candidate needs strategy, they need you — and we'll say so when the question comes up.
- We don't pay for noise. Bot signups, fake Telegram accounts, and self-referrals are filtered out before revshare is calculated. The ledger is the ledger.
