1. What we do

AI Career Consultant ("Service") helps you build career documents (resumes, cover letters), find matching vacancies, and prepare for interviews. The Service is provided through the Telegram bot @career_apply_bot.

2. You are the source of truth

You confirm that information you give us is accurate to your real professional history. Our documents are generated from your input; we do not invent qualifications. If you misrepresent yourself, that is your responsibility.

3. We never apply on your behalf

We prepare documents and give you the link. You review and submit yourself. We don't impersonate you to recruiters or systems.

4. Plans & billing

  • "Single shot" ($30, one-time) — single Master Resume + LinkedIn audit + salary benchmark.
  • "Core" ($99/month) — full feature set with monthly billing.
  • "VIP" ($200/month) — Core + LinkedIn presence services.

You can cancel monthly plans anytime — billing stops at the end of the current period.

5. Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month and have not used core features (CV generation, interview coaching), email us — we'll refund.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the Service to commit fraud (e.g., fabricate qualifications).
  • Don't try to bulk-scrape generated content for resale.
  • Don't attempt to break the bot or exfiltrate other users' data.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the above.

7. Service availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but make no guarantee. We are not liable for missed application deadlines due to outages — please don't rely on AI-CC as your only application tool.

8. Disclaimers

We don't guarantee you'll get a job. We don't guarantee any specific salary outcome. We provide tools; outcomes depend on the market, your profile, and your effort.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify active subscribers in Telegram.
